Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

We only ship through USPS. We can only ship within North America (United States of America, Canada and Mexico). Although the following delivery time is not guaranteed, it's the most accurate estimate we can give you. Delivery time depends on which shipping option you choose at checkout and how far the package is traveling.

Delivery timeline:

Standard: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Deliveries to Canada and Mexico can take from 7-21 business days.
 

You may receive separate packages. Everything except our apparel comes from our personal inventory. Most apparel and accessories are shipped from another fulfillment center, thus, if you order apparel and accessories they will come in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for any lost and stolen packages. Please make sure you provide us with accurate shipping information. We ship to the address you give us so please double-check that it's accurate!

For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. But, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 20 days of the date of purchase.
