Can I modify or change my order?

All orders once placed are finalized. To ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel, or modify your order once it has been placed.

Where else can I get Chula Beauty products?

Chula Beauty products are exclusively sold ONLY on our website www.chulabeauty.store Please report any fake vendors to our email info@chulabeauty.store.

Shipping:

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This does NOT mean your order will arrive at your door in 2-3 business days.

 

Can I track my package after it has shipped?

We are currently only shipping with USPS. As soon as we ship your package, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

When will I get my clothing? 

Please note that clothing items need around 7-10 days to process before they are shipped. All clothing items are processed in a separate fulfillment center, thus, you will receive two separate packages if you order clothing along with other products. Due to COVID-19, this timeline may be extended slightly, but please trust that our fulfillment center is doing everything they can to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. 

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry chula. At the moment, we are only shipping within the US. 

Return Policy:

All sales are final. For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at info@chulabeauty.store.

If an item may be considered defective, please email info@chulabeauty.store indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by chulabeauty.store, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
