Store Policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

We only ship through USPS. We can only ship within the USA at the moment. The following delivery time is not guaranteed, but it's the most accurate estimate we can give you. Delivery time depends on which shipping option you choose at checkout and how far the package is traveling.

Delivery timeline:

Standard: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: 1 business day

No canceling or modifying orders. In order to provide the best and fastest fulfillment, once your order comes through, we can not make any changes to your order.

Florida Based. Chula Beauty works and operates in Florida, all orders except for clothing is shipped from here.

We are not responsible for any lost and stolen packages. Please make sure you provide us with accurate shipping information. We ship to the address you give us so please double check that it's accurate.

You may receive separate packages. Everything but our clothing comes from our personal inventory. Clothing is shipped from another fulfillment center, thus, if you order clothing and other products they will come in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

All sales are final. For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges.  But, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged cosmetic item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If you receive a damaged item immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at info@chulabeauty.store.
